2. The data we collect about you

8. Online payment processing agents
We know how important it is to protect the security of your credit and bank account information. For that reason, we have partnered with a leading payment services agent. When you purchase through skinsense.co.nz our agent uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts the
card details while they are transmitted. Our payment services agent will then securely store your card details in accordance with their own security protocols.
9. Your legal rights
You have the right to: Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us. Ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it.
You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with the law.
